In case of cancellation made during the below-mentioned period before the check-in by the Guests, the following amount shall be deducted from the total Booking Amount:
Cancellation prior 30 Days to the Check in-:
A service fee of 15% will be deducted from the total amount of booking.
Cancellation under 30 Days to the Check in-:
Under 30 days to check in dates no refund or amendment is applicable.
Please Note: Long weekends, festive dates, black out dates & peak dates ( from 20th Dec to 5th Jan ) are under non-cancellation & non-refundable & non-amendable period.

• The check-in will be provided when the complete amount received as mentioned above
• Visitors or Outsiders are not allowed
• Loud music is not allowed (Guest can play decent music inside the Villa)
• No smoking inside the villa. Guest can smoke in the open area or in Balconies
• Lost key charges Rs. 2500/-
• No pets are are allowed
• No decoration is allowed on the wall
• We have a strict no-drug policy (If found in possession of and using any sort of drug will be asked to vacate the Villa immediately)
